In March 2020, iNKFISH laid out its vision to create Social Impact Homes across the UK. Three core values guide us to our goal: Sustainability, Professionalism and Continual Improvement.
These focuses are ingrained in the company’s DNA. We are firm in our belief that now is the time for change. We want to be at the forefront of a major shift away from larger care facilities, towards smaller housing schemes, in the heart of our communities.
Who is INkFish?
iNKFISH is a values-led organisation providing sustainable Social Impact Housing solutions primarily for adults with physical disabilities, mental disabilities, or a combination of both. Our expertise spans investment, development and construction, specialising in the social care sector.
iNKFISH was launched at the start of 2020, at one of the most defining points in our recent history. We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company, with big dreams and plenty of ambition. iNKFISH currently has offices in Brighton and Hove – East Sussex.
We take our corporate and human responsibility seriously through our contribution towards the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, supported via our partnership with B1G1.
